Refund policy

Order-first sourcing and cancellations

Morrow purchases or sources each item only after the associated Shopify payout has deposited and is available to fund fulfillment. If an item cannot be sourced before fulfillment, we will cancel the affected item or order and issue a refund to the original payment method. Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Cancellation is not guaranteed after sourcing or carrier processing begins.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. Contact us at morrowpetco@gmail.com before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. There is no restocking fee.

Eligible returns

• Non-consumable products used gently and only as intended during the home trial.
• Items returned clean, complete, and with all included parts.
• Unused items in their original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned

• Items damaged through misuse, chewing, or improper cleaning.
• Products returned with pet waste, food residue, or an avoidable hygiene risk.
• Final-sale items clearly identified before purchase and gift cards.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Verified damage, defects, or packing mistakes will be replaced or refunded without a return-shipping charge.

Free return shipping

Return shipping is free on all authorized returns. Do not mail a return until it has been authorized. Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid return label and the correct return destination. Items sent to an unauthorized address may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 days after we receive and inspect your return.

Lifetime replacement warranty

Every Morrow product is covered by a lifetime replacement warranty against breakage. If your product breaks at any time during normal use, contact us at morrowpetco@gmail.com with your order number. Once we authorize the claim, mail the broken item back to us with the prepaid label we provide and we will send you a brand-new replacement free of charge.

This warranty applies for as long as you own the product and covers breakage during normal use. It does not cover loss, theft, or damage from misuse. If the original product is discontinued, we will replace it with the closest current equivalent.
