Order-first tracked delivery

How fulfillment begins

Morrow uses order-first fulfillment. We purchase or source an item only after the associated Shopify payout has deposited and is available to fund fulfillment. This can occur several business days after the customer payment is captured. We do not claim stocked inventory before sourcing. If an item cannot be sourced, we will cancel the affected item or order and issue a refund to the original payment method.

Processing and delivery estimates

Payout settlement and bank processing occur before supplier sourcing. For order-first items, allow an estimated 12–20 business days from the order date for processing and delivery. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and can be affected by payout timing, supplier processing, carrier volume, customs, weather, or remote destinations. A tracking link is sent when the carrier accepts the package.

Shipping cost

Orders of $49 USD or more qualify for free tracked standard shipping. Orders below $49 USD are charged $4.95 USD for standard shipping. Any other available rate is shown at checkout before payment.

Multiple packages

Products may ship from different fulfillment partners. An order can arrive in more than one package without an additional shipping charge.

Address changes and delivery issues

Contact blackdolphincrypto@gmail.com as soon as possible if the delivery address needs correction. Once sourcing or carrier processing begins, changes may no longer be possible. Include your order number when reporting a delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrect shipment.
